It appears as though a slew of concert CDs will be available this summer. We recently posted about the upcoming PLAY! and VGL CDs, but yesterday it was announced that Symphonic Shades, a concert featuring the music of Chris Hülsbeck, will also enjoy its own CD recording. This is great news as this is looking to be an amazing show.
Those attending the August 23, 2008 performance in Cologne, Germany will be treated to 14 newly-arranged pieces of music. As if that weren’t enough, Chris Hülsbeck, Yuzo Koshiro and Takenobu Mitsuyoshi will also be in attendenace. Even the album artwork pictured above looks great, coming via Japanese manga artist Hitoshi Ariga, who is known for his work on Mega Man. Those rounded edges look pretty nice too, huh?
