So, we received a lot of great entries, and I’m pleasantly surprised that everyone managed to follow our strict instructions for the Dog Ear Records KALAYCILAR contest. We’ve looked through… I won’t say how many entries, but we’ve selected the top three to win sealed copies of the KALAYCILAR limited print album, which you can read about in our review.
Did your entry have what it takes to win? The above entry from IkariDC is my personal favorite. If you look closely, you’ll notice the name tags for Yuzo Koshiro, Michiru Yamane, and Takenobu Mitsuyoshi, each of whom looks natural sporting the Dog Ear Records logo. But where’s Nobuo Uematsu?

Next up we have an entry that is near and dear to my heart. From one of my favorite sites on the ‘Nets, the lovely Ms. Bennett over at Destructoid shows us that Mr. Destructoid is also getting in on the DER action. Now, you may call foul because Dale is the News Editor over at Destructoid, but he didn’t judge these entries, so you’re just going to have to accept it!
Lastly, we have a tender moment from Carl, featuring his adorable, bundled nephew, complete with a miniaturized Dog Ear logo on his/her face! Simply adorable! It’s good to see that the passion for game music and cute company logos is being passed down to the next generation. That one earns you a copy of KALAYCILAR.
