… In Japan. Capcom’s online store in Japan, e-Capcom, has listed the Okamiden Limited Edition which looks downright amazing. Contained within a fancy treasure box that’s been created to look like a treasure chest from the game is the game itself, a special edition stylus, a screen cleaner, an original storybook by the scenario writer, a plushy keychain (cute), Chibiterasu paw headphones (even more cute), and a music disc.

What’s on the music disc? Unfortunately only six tracks (the original Okami soundtrack was 6 discs). Three are said to be solo guitar pieces from the game, while the other three are arrangements of tracks from the game. There’s no word on an official soundtrack release yet, so this may be the best you’re going to get!

The limited edition will set you back 8,000 Yen compared to the standard edition’s 5,040 Yen (not a bad deal), so you better contact your importer from Japan if you want one.

What do you think of the box set? Wish we’d get something like this in the West?
