Did you see our videos of The OneUps and GEM Impact creating original tunes on the KORG DS-10? Were you left wishing you could make equally-amazing videos of your own and put them up on YouTube for the rest of the world to see? Well, wait no more, your chance has arrived!

Thanks to the good folks over at XSEED, we have one copy of the KORG DS-10 Sythesizer just waiting for your touch. Will you create your own original tunes or remix your favorite game and pop tracks? That’s up to you, but either way, I can tell you that you’re going to have fun doing it.

Hit the jump for contest details.

So, I’ve been mulling over what to make you do to win this sweet prize. I’d love to have you guys create some retro tunes, but that would require a DS-10 or other expensive software, which sounds like a bad idea. So, how about I simply have you tell me what song you’d like to remix on the KORG DS-10 and why? Give us a paragraph about your impressions of the KORG DS-10 thus far, including any of the features that you find particularly cool (to show us that you know what you’re talking about!), then give us a paragraph about the tune you think is dying for a DS-10 remix. Why should it be remixed? How should it sound? You tell us!

We’re going to keep this one open for a whole month, so shoot over those entries to [email protected] by December 26. Hopefully we’ll have a copy out to the winner by New Year’s Eve so you can impress all your friends with your amazing creations! If you’re looking for some ideas, feel free to hit the YouTubes, or check our our detailed impressions and videos here.

Have you been dying to get your hands on the KORG DS-10? Have you been browsing the loads of videos that have been hitting YouTube in recent weeks?
