We hit up Anime Boston last year for coverage of Yuki Kajiura’s Kalafina and Shota Nakama’s Video Game Orchestra, and this year Anime Boston is again looking to draw in the videogame music crowd. They’ve just announced that the Video Game Orchestra will be returning to the event with a larger ensemble than was featured last year, and that Nobuo Ueumatsu will also be in attendance.
Anime Boston takes place on April 2-4 this year, and it’s starting to shape up into quite an event. If you’re in the area, be sure to drop by. Also tell Shota what you want the Video Game Orchestra to play this year (although he may already have his mind made up…). Hopefully fans will get to hear their awesome “Wind Garden” arrangement from Super Mario Galaxy.
